The role of the Elders is to be the primary governmental group of the church, to provide the vision, direction and spiritual oversight, and together with the Senior Leadership Team, ensure the ongoing health and growth of the church and its ministries.

Board of Management
The role of the Board is to be the primary governance group of the church, responsible to provide administrative and financial oversight of the vision of the Elders and to ensure that the running of the business of the church is in compliance with all legal and governmental requirements.
Frank has been a member of Melbourne Life since he was radically saved in 2000. He has overseen many areas in Melbourne Life including Cells and the Pastoral Care of the church as Bram and Dianne's Assistant Pastor. Frank, together with his wife Rebecca and 3 daughters, played an instrumental part in the pioneering of Melbourne Life West campus and is now helping pioneer our Jakarta Church. His vast range of experience in the secular business world as well as full time ministry brings a great balance to the MLCC Board.
Herman is a Certified Practising Accountant and has worked for multinational companies in the USA, UK and Australia. Over the past years, he has been actively involved in Melbourne Life as his local church, serving in areas such as Cell Group Leadership. Herman, as an MLCC Board Member, is responsible for the finances of the church and any of its outflowing ministries.
Nicoletta is a registered architect with over 20 years experience in design and construction since graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Planning & Design from Melbourne University. Joining Stonehenge, a highly awarded design and construction company in 1996, she has worked in design & construction in both Australia & Japan. Nicoletta is a committed member of Melbourne Life and serves also as a Cell Group Leader. She has strong project management skills, a passion for design, detail and methodologies, which allows her to bring this experience and excellence to the MLCC Board to support, and to help continue the development of the cause of the local church.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree together with a Masters of Public Health, majoring in International Health Issues. He has worked for Dorevitch Pathology for almost 14 years, has been their Laboratory Manager for their head lab in Melbourne, and is now working as Project Manager. Andrew has been and continues to be, heavily involved in MLCC International Missions projects, including team leadership to Kenya, Africa & Indonesia. As our Melbourne Life Missions representative, he brings to the MLCC Board a passion to see the local church impact not only international borders, but first and foremost its own local community.
David has a Business/Commerce degree through Melbourne University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has over 5 years experience working in Internal Audit/Risk with a leading professional services firm (PricewaterHouseCoopers), and is now working as a Tour Accountant for the Dainty Group. David brings to the MLCC Board a sound business and risk management knowledge combined with some local knowledge and experience from his home country, Indonesia.
