Missions
We have a strong Missions focus with ongoing ministry into Indonesia and Africa.
The second half of 2011 saw us starting our first church outside of Australia, 'Jakarta Life' in Cikarang, an outer suburb of Jakarta, Indonesia.
We also continue to financially support a primary school in one of the largest slums in Kenya, Africa. Please read the testimony below.
Testimonies
FROM THE OVERSEEING PASTOR IN KENYA:
"The school has grown gradually. The approximate number of children who comes to school on a daily basis is fifty (50) (both boys and girls).
The school has a preschool (kindergarten) for the small children and primary for the bigger children from class one up to class four.
The school has three teachers who are dedicated whole-heartedly to teaching the children. Secular education and spiritual teachings.
We have a vocational bible study (V.B.S.) where we teach the children the word of God. This is to enable the children to grow knowing God.
Due to your aid, we have bought blackboards, text books and other teaching aids. Now teaching is no longer a burden. Thank you for the materials you gave us.
We have a feeding program where we feed the children and thus meeting their physical needs. Thanks for you brethren for making our dream of caring for the less fortunate a reality.
